Pleased to announce that I have two new albums on Bandcamp, just in time for the first Bandcamp Friday of 2021! (in case you don't know, Bandcamp has been waiving their share of revenues on the first Friday of every month since March 2020. All proceeds of album and track sales on those days go directly to the artist).
The first of these two albums is a brand new release by my brand new project Bandaged Man called "Dead Air". "Dead Air" consists of two pieces (in an industrial, experimental, noise vein) composed in Dec. 2020, both based on recordings of television static from my archive. There's a bit more to it than that but I will elaborate later. Support from the music section of The Canada Council For The Arts is partly responsible for this album coming into existence.
The second new Bandcamp release isn't actually a new album. I've reissued the first Bim Prongs release "Walking In Rhythm," which originally came out as a 3" CD-R in 2015, as a digital album. I'm still very happy with this release and am thrilled to offer it in digital form where, hopefully, it may find a larger audience!
